Returns and withdrawal
Last updated: 2026-10-12
You have 14 days to return a lamp without giving a reason. The exception is a personalised lamp — one with a name or text you specified — because it is made to your individual specification. Where no right of withdrawal applies we say so before payment and ask you to confirm you have been told.
1. When you can return
If you ordered a lamp in one of the configurations offered by the configurator — choosing the shape, pattern, material and colour from our list — you have the full right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The fact that the lamp was printed after you ordered it does not remove that right. Choosing from options we ourselves offer is not individualising the product.
Where there is doubt, we accept the return.
2. When you cannot
The right of withdrawal does not cover lamps with personalisation — that is, with a name or text you specified. Such a lamp is made to your individual specification, and under art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act no right of withdrawal applies to it.
When you order personalisation you will see this stated separately, before payment, and we will ask you to confirm you have been told. If for some reason we did not show you that information, we treat the order as an ordinary one and accept the return — that is our undertaking to you, not a requirement of the Act.
The exception does not apply where a lamp is damaged or does not match the order — then you have a complaint regardless of personalisation.
3. How to return a lamp
- Write to kontakt@arturlab.pl quoting your order number. A plain message is enough — no form is required.
- Send the lamp back within 14 days of withdrawing, to the address below. Please protect it properly for transport; where you still have them, the original box and packing materials do the job. Include the LED kit if it was part of the order you are returning.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the lamp reaches us or you send proof of having posted it — whichever happens first.
Return address: Olha Pliushchevska, ul. Szafirowa 5/53, 20-573 Lublin, Polska.
We refund the price of the lamp and the cost of the cheapest ordinary delivery method we offer. The cost of sending the lamp back to us is yours.
You may examine the lamp as far as is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning — as you would in a shop, switching it on included. If you use it beyond that and its value is reduced as a result, you are liable for that reduction.
4. Model declaration
You may copy the text below and send it by email. The form is not mandatory — the content is what counts.
“I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the contract of sale concerning order no. [number], concluded on [date of conclusion], received on [date of receipt]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
5. A complaint is a different matter
If a lamp arrived damaged, does not work, or does not match the order, that is not an ordinary return but a complaint. We are liable for a lack of conformity with the contract existing at delivery and revealed within two years of it.
Send the report to kontakt@arturlab.pl. Where you can, attach photographs showing the problem — it makes the complaint easier to handle. We answer within 14 days. The terms describe the procedure.
Because of 3D printing technology and the properties of the materials used, individual items may show slight differences in shade, surface texture or layer visibility that are typical of the technology and affect neither the function nor the essential appearance of the lamp.
These rules apply equally to an Entrepreneur with consumer rights as defined in the shop terms. This English text is provided for convenience; the Polish version of this page is the binding one.
