1. Where we ship

We ship within Poland only.

2. How

Parcels go with InPost. You choose how in the basket:

• An InPost Paczkomat parcel locker — found by post code or by the locker’s code. InPost texts the pickup code to the phone number given at payment.
• An InPost courier — to the address given at payment.

3. What it costs

Delivery is free until 30 November 2026. After that it costs what InPost charges for the chosen method, shown before you pay.

4. When we ship

• A lamp printed to order — within 5 working days of the payment arriving.
• A lamp from “Ready to ship” — the next working day.
• Working days are Monday to Friday except public holidays: nothing is posted at weekends or on holidays. An order paid on Friday evening leaves on Monday at the earliest.
• The order confirmation gives the planned dispatch date.

InPost usually delivers within 1–2 working days of dispatch, to a locker or by courier.

5. How we pack

The lamp is wrapped in bubble wrap and held still in a rigid box with filling, to survive the journey. If it still arrives damaged, write to us — see the Returns page.
